How billing works
- Subscriptions are billed by monday.com using their native app monetization
- Payment and invoicing are handled in your monday.com admin billing settings
- We do not process payment cards directly
- Each app (Team Availability, Worklog Timesheet) has its own subscription
Team Availability
Leave requests, approvals, settings changes, and CSV/XLSX export require an active subscription or trial. See the Team Availability documentation for details.
Worklog Timesheet
Core timesheet and worklog features are available with an active subscription or trial. CSV, XLSX, and PDF export require a licensed account. See the Worklog Timesheet documentation.
