1. Acceptance
By installing or using any Vensali Studio application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
2. The services
Team Availability provides leave and PTO management for monday.com accounts, including leave requests, manager approvals, team calendars, board availability views, and attendance/coverage reports.
Worklog Timesheet provides time logging and team timesheet features, including manual worklogs, reporting, working-hours configuration, and export (where licensed).
Applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, trials, and billing are handled through monday.com native app monetization. Fees, renewal, and cancellation are subject to monday.com’s billing terms. We do not process payment cards directly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse any application, including attempting to:
- Access data belonging to other monday.com accounts
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
- Use the application in violation of applicable law or monday.com policies
5. Communications
We may contact account administrators or users regarding our applications, including service updates, security notices, support responses, and billing or subscription matters. Contact: help@vensali.com.
6. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. When you uninstall an application, we delete stored data for your account as described there.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vensali Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our applications. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that application in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if no fees were paid).
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
