Vensali

About

An independent home-loan decision engine

Vensali answers one question: given the home loan you already have, what is the financially better action?

What Vensali is

Vensali compares the realistic moves available to an existing Indian home-loan borrower — keeping the loan, prepaying to shorten it, prepaying to reduce the EMI, asking your current lender for a better rate, switching lenders, or switching and prepaying together — and ranks them on the numbers you enter.

The comparison is deterministic TypeScript. There is no language model anywhere in the calculation, and no database consulted to decide the ranking.

What Vensali is not

  • Not a bank or a lender. We cannot give you a loan.
  • Not a loan marketplace or a lead generator.
  • Not a financial adviser, and not a substitute for one.
  • Not an AI chatbot. The math is fixed, auditable and the same for everyone.
  • Not a generic EMI calculator — the point is the decision, not the instalment.

Why you can trust the ranking

A comparison tool is only useful if it can reach an inconvenient conclusion. Vensali will tell you to keep your existing loan, and it presents that as a real answer rather than a failure to find something better.

  • We do not rank lenders by commission, because we do not rank lenders at all.
  • No named bank is ever recommended. Refinance rates are figures you enter yourself.
  • There are no partner buttons or paid placements after your result.
  • Every recommendation shows the arithmetic behind it, so you can check it.

What we do with your numbers

Nothing. The calculation runs entirely in your browser. There is no signup, no OTP, no phone number, no PAN, no Aadhaar, no CIBIL login and no bank password. Your outstanding balance, rate and EMI are not sent to a server or stored.

Current limits

This version covers India, in rupees, in English, for borrowers who already have a home loan. It holds your interest rate constant rather than forecasting changes, and it excludes tax relief and investment opportunity cost. Those need assumptions we would rather not make silently on your behalf.
